This is Laura's first NP job, but she had the opportunity during her training to spend time at the Cheyenne Children's Clinic and immensely enjoyed it. Laura was trained as a new nurse at the University of Oklahoma Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City and also spent time working at Children's Hospital Colorado and Seattle Children's Hospital.

"I am excited about the opportunity to work with the pediatric population from infancy on, and to see my patients grow through young adulthood," she says.

Laura initially came to Cheyenne as a travel nurse and decided to stay because it felt like home to her.
